INTERNATIONAL

Free shipment to orders over 220€*Delivery costs are free for purchases over 220€ within Zones 1 to 6. In the other zones the standard delivery tariff will be applied.

Customers will assume the corresponding customs and/or import fees.

When the order is sent, you will receive a confirmation email and, the following day, GLS will send you the delivery details.

RETURN OPTIONS

If you are interested in another item or need a change in size or colour

The items that you want to return must be packed in their original packaging and have their tags.

Return time: 15 days

1. Send us an email at customers@wolher.com or a WhatsApp to the phone number (+34) 695 136 358 indicating the item that you want to change, including the order number

and the item that you will like to receive in return.

2. Prepare the package: you can use the original box or any other rigid box.

3. We will send a courier to pick up the unwanted item and deliver the new order, with a margin of 2 hours to carry out

the pick-up from 9am to 7pm, as long as there are GLS offices in the city where the change is made.

In the towns where there are not GLS offices, it will be the customer itself who must bring the item to the nearest GLS office.

When sending us an email with the return, we will indicate you the nearest GLS office. GLS has around 1,400 delegations and agencies in more than 45 countries.

Remember that in the returns for change of item, in the case that your order does not exceed the minimum required for the free delivery after the return,

the delivery cost will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

If you are interested in returning the item with refund

There will only be refunds for new items, not used or soiled, within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of your package in our warehouse.

you will have to pay the expenses for the item to be returned.

If you want to make a return through other transportation company, that company selected by you will charge you the delivery costs, since you must send the return affording the delivery costs.

Once we receive the item, we will refund you the full amount of the item discounting the delivery costs: we send you the item, but you want to return it.

For international orders, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Remember that at the time of doing the return you will have to pay the corresponding expenses for item/items, customs fees and/or import costs.

IMPORTANT

Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it will remain your responsibility.
